Orders and Shipping

You should receive an order confirmation email immediately upon order. If this hasn’t arrived please check your spam. If you still can’t find your order confirmation and a payment has been taken from your account please call us.

No but you can place a new order and we will do our best to get them shipped together. If the new order is less than £50 please let us know and we will provide you with a free shipping code.

We accept Payment by debit or credit card. We also provide the option to split the payments using Klarna.

Yes – From time to time we provide voucher codes. These can either be a monetary value or percentage discount.

Our payment provider carries out checks to ensure that the card details have been entered correctly. You card details and billing address must match exactly what the bank holds for you. If your payment isn’t going through, please contact your bank.

Absolutely! Online shopping doesn’t get any safer than with Klarna. In a shop, you can always handle and try the items you want to buy before paying for them.

Sometimes you might want to make an earlier payment. You are able to make a payment for your Klarna credit statement any time between the 4th and up until the last calendar day of the month.

Klarna will process refunds within 14 days after you register a return or cancel an order.

Delivery

If your delivery has not arrived within the timeframe advertised for your product please notify us. We will chase this with our delivery partners and resolve this for you.

Delivery timeframes are advertised per product. There is a £9.95 delivery fee for all orders under £50. Orders over £50 are free.

You may have your order delivered to a different delivery address than the order is being billed to however, you may not change the address once the order has been placed.

If you have ordered multiple items it may be the case that some of your items are delivered directly for the manufacture. In this case orders can have multiple deliveries. If your order is all for the same brand please contact us and we will find out where the rest of your order is.

No. Most of our items are bulky so we do not allow delivery to PO Boxes.

We only have a short window to do this, so we may not be able to pick up the request during busy times.

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with your Order Number and the email address used to place your order as having this information gives us a better chance of updating your address before your order is shipped.

Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your refund.

If we are unable to cancel your order and the items are no longer needed, you can also return the order to us for a refund – you can view our Refund Policy here.

Please Note: We are unable to guarantee your request to cancel will be successful and if the order is dispatched to the address provided at the time of placing your order, we are not liable for refunding or replacing the order.

 

You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your order from the date of delivery.

Please notify us immediately upon delivery that the item you have received is incorrect where we will look to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Once the order has been received back by us and checked over we will issue a refund. It can take up to 14 days for a refund to be issued but it’s normally much quicker.

Personlised items are exempt for the standard returns policy. This does not effect your consumer rights.
